An HVAC manufacturer's coils were failing early from salt spray, even on new, pre-painted units. Our lab developed Corrosion Guard, a flexible waterborne coating that moves with the metal and protects against salt spray, water and UV without compromising heat transfer.

What does Kor-Chem manufacture?+
Kor-Chem is an Atlanta-based specialty chemical manufacturer founded in 1972. We formulate and manufacture more than 1,000 products for four markets: commercial cleaning chemicals for janitorial and sanitation (including warewashing and foodservice), industrial coatings and maintenance chemicals, pigment dispersions and color concentrates, and screen printing chemistry. We also offer private label, toll and contract manufacturing.
Where are you located, and where do you ship?+
Our manufacturing is in Atlanta, Georgia (5800 Bucknell Drive SW). We ship to customers and distributors across the United States and to international customers.
Is Kor-Chem ISO certified?+
Yes. Kor-Chem operates an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. A copy of our current certificate is available on request for supplier qualification.
Do you offer private label and toll manufacturing?+
Yes. We manufacture to your formula or ours in batches from 55 to 5,000 gallons, and package from 3 oz. bottles up to totes and bulk tankers. Labeling, SDS authoring and regulatory support are handled in-house.
Can you develop a custom formulation?+
Yes. Our R&D chemists develop custom cleaners, coatings, dispersions and specialty products to meet your performance specs, then scale them in our own plant. Tell us the problem you're trying to solve and we'll start there.
